HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING?

You can make a booking by calling, texting, or messaging reception on WhatsApp at +61 468 003 221.

We do not accept anonymous calls.

If reception is assisting another guest, please send a text and we will reply as soon as possible.

To help us assist you quickly, please include in your first message:

• Preferred Mistress

• Preferred date and time (2–3 options)

• Interests and limits

• Your level of experience

• Any important health, safety, or mobility information

Please keep your message brief. Reception cannot assist with highly detailed enquiries.

If you would like to discuss your interests in more depth, we can arrange a phone consultation with a Mistress.

 

ARE BOOKINGS MANDATORY?

Yes. We operate strictly by appointment only and do not accept walk-ins.

A deposit is required to secure all bookings unless you are an established regular. All deposits are non-refundable.

If you reschedule more than 24 hours in advance, your deposit can be transferred as credit toward a future session.

Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your booking will result in the deposit being forfeited.

We recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.

Mistress availability changes daily, so please contact us via text or WhatsApp to check who is available. You are also welcome to ask for a particular Mistress or request a recommendation.

Please note: sessions scheduled after 9:00 PM incur a $50 late-night surcharge.

 

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY SESSION?

Please arrive clean, groomed, and on time — no earlier and no later than your scheduled booking time.

Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. During your session, communicate your boundaries and desires clearly and respectfully.

If your booking involves anal play, you must douche beforehand for hygiene and comfort.

Good personal hygiene is expected at all times.

 

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?

Cancellations must be made by phone with at least 24 hours’ notice to receive a credit.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, do not show up, or change your mind after arriving, you may forfeit your deposit and/or be charged a $100 cancellation fee.

 

DO I NEED TO CONFIRM MY BOOKING?

Yes. All bookings must be confirmed on the day of the session.

We will text or call you to confirm. If you do not confirm, your booking may be released to another client.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M RUNNING LATE?

If you are running late, please call reception.

A 5-minute grace period is allowed. After that, without notice, your booking may be cancelled or given to another client.

Please note that lateness will reduce your session time.

 

CAN I MEET A MISTRESS BEFORE BOOKING A SESSION?

Yes. You can book an Introductory Consultation for $100.

This fee will be deducted from your session cost if you proceed with a session immediately or within 1 week of the consultation.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Cash is preferred.

We also accept:

• EFTPOS

• Visa

• Mastercard

• AMEX

• BEEM

• Bank transfer

Card payments incur a 5% surcharge.

For bank transfers, funds must be cleared before the session can begin.

 

HOW MUCH TIME IS INCLUDED FOR PRE-SESSION DISCUSSION?

A 10-minute pre-session discussion is included to negotiate boundaries and session details.

Please note: this time is included within your booked session.

Additional discussion time may reduce session time or incur extra fees.

 

CAN I ATTEND A SESSION UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS?

No.

Sessions may be refused if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, as impaired judgment affects consent and safety.

 

HOW SHOULD I COMMUNICATE BY EMAIL?

Please keep emails brief and to the point.

Excessive or highly detailed emails may go unanswered or incur a fee.

For urgent matters, contact reception. If needed, you may arrange a phone consultation with a Mistress.

Practitioners may limit replies to two brief emails.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DISCLOSE BEFORE A SESSION?

You must disclose any relevant injuries, phobias, heart conditions, medical conditions, or physical limitations before your session begins.

This is necessary for safety. We are not responsible for issues arising from undisclosed health conditions.

 

WHAT SAFE WORDS DO YOU USE?

We use a traffic light system:

• Green — continue

• Amber — slow down / approaching limit

• Red — stop immediately

If verbal communication is restricted, alternative signals must be agreed upon in advance.

 

WHAT IS EXPECTED DURING A SESSION?

Clear communication, respect, and consent are essential.

Guests must follow the guidance of their practitioner and use safe words where needed.

Rude, aggressive, disrespectful, or non-consensual behaviour is strictly prohibited.

Any inappropriate behaviour may result in the session ending immediately, removal from the premises, and, where necessary, police involvement.

No refunds will be given if a session is terminated due to inappropriate behaviour.

By entering The Red Room, you agree to these standards of conduct.

 

CAN I BRING MY OWN EQUIPMENT?

Yes, but all personal equipment must be shown to the practitioner before use.

 

CAN I REQUEST SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES?

Yes, requests can be discussed during booking or at the pre-session negotiation.

All activities are subject to the practitioner’s discretion, boundaries, and availability.

Rates vary between practitioners, as they operate as independent contractors.

 

WHAT IF I WANT A HEAVIER OR MORE INTENSE SESSION?

Heavier or more intense play may require additional consent measures.

For high-risk play, including sessions without a safe word, you may be asked to sign a disclaimer and/or record a consent video acknowledging the risks involved.

 

I’M NEW TO BDSM. CAN I STILL BOOK?

Yes. First-timers are welcome.

If you are unsure where to begin, you may book an Introductory Consultation ($100) before committing to a full session.

 

HOW CAN I LEAVE FEEDBACK?

You are welcome to leave a testimonial for your practitioner using your first name or initial for privacy.
