Mutual NDAs

 

For clients, collaborators, or counterparties who require an additional layer of formal protection, a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) may be arranged upon request and subject to approval by both parties. This may incur an extra fee from an administrative prespective. 

 

Where appropriate, both parties may elect to enter into a mutual NDA prior to proceeding, reflecting a shared commitment to confidentiality, discretion, and the protection of private information.

 

Communication and Personal Responsibility

 

We take every reasonable step to communicate discreetly and professionally. Clients are also encouraged to exercise care in how they contact us, particularly when using shared devices, work accounts, or communication channels that may be accessible to others.

 

While we maintain high standards of privacy, each party remains responsible for protecting their own personal environment and communications.

 

Limits of Confidentiality

 

While discretion is central to our business, there are practical and legal limits to confidentiality. Information may be retained, used, or disclosed where reasonably necessary to:

• facilitate bookings and business administration

• protect the safety, wellbeing, and rights of clients, staff, or the business

• respond to threats, misconduct, harassment, or unlawful behaviour

• comply with applicable legal, regulatory, or law enforcement obligations
